Pricing and Payment

All product on Kiwi Boyz Clothing Ltd’s website is given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and services tax (GST). We accept payment via credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) via paypal, Laybuy or bank transfer.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we will not disclose your information to a third party.

Credit card information is not retained by Kiwi Boyz Clothing Ltd, and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online transactions.

Accuracy

We take care to ensure that descriptions of our products are accurate and correct at the time of publication. However, colour variations caused by computer screens and different batches of clothing are to be expected. We will do our best to ensure images are of good quality and show the product to the highest level so you are confident with your purchase. Prices on site are current at the time of publication but are subject to variation without notice.

Returns Policy

All our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. If by chance you receive a faulty product please contact me within 5 days and I will arrange either a replacement or a credit note.

• Exchanges will only be provided to the original purchaser
• Items must be in their original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged
• The cost of the return delivery will be at the cost of the purchaser

Delivery

We deliver Freight Free across New Zealand.  All packages are sent with a request for a signature.  Any requests by clients to waive the signature request and leave packages elsewhere are done so at the purchasers own risk.

All items are shipped within 2 working days of payment being made via NZ couriers.  A track and trace number will be emailed to you once items are dispatched so you can track your delivery.

We do not ship outside New Zealand at this stage.
